Mosaic Preschool accepts all children regardless of race, nationality, or creed, from 6 weeks to 4 years of age. To register your child with our facility, you will be required to complete all enrollment forms.
The forms will need to be properly filled out and submitted before your child’s first day of attendance. All children are required to have a current immunization record (GA form 3231) on file within 20 days of enrollment. No child will be able to enroll at this facility without the above-needed paperwork. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $75.00 due along with your registration packet. This registration/supply fee will be due annually thereafter. The first week’s tuition is due before your child’s first day of attendance.
